Every concierge package comes with a set number of Owner's Representation Hours.

Homeowners choose 10, 20, or 30 hours blocks of dedicated representation to coordinate, manage and supervise trusted service teams. We act as your on-site advocate, coordinating top-tier vendors.​

Every task we handle gets logged, and time is deducted from your package in 30 or 60 minute increments. No hidden fees. No inflated service charges. At the end of each month, you'll receive a detailed invoice showing:
- What was done
- Time spent
- Hours remaining in your package
